This product acts as a unifying agent, allowing for the amalgamation of cladding materials, such as wood, drywall, metal, mirrors, glass, plastic, rubber, skirting boards, shutters, thresholds, window sills, boundary stakes, pillars, and junction boxes. Additionally, it adeptly adheres to various artificial components, ornamental stoneware, and ceramic tiles onto surfaces like concrete, brick, plaster, walls, and rugged cardboard.

How To Use

1. Ensure surfaces are free from oil, grease and dustother substances that affect bonding. Wipe off any pooled water from wet timber.
2. Cut cartridge tip, fit nozzle and cut to desired opening(5mm)
3. Apply bead along length of joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply "Z" or "M" type (the dosage is determined according to the area of the substrate, about 0.6 square meters can be used per 300ml).
4. Position pieces and press firmly together, so that there is no gap between them, Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over total bond area. Repositionable for up to 20 minutes after fitting.
5. Allow adhesive to set (minimum 72 hours**) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping. Use with mechanical fasteners in high stress applications.

Application Techniques
For an instant bond, utilize the contact bond method. Apply the adhesive to one surface, press the surfaces together, and then separate them. Allow the surfaces to dry for 2-5 minutes before firmly joining them.

Flooring Application
When installing flooring, follow the manufacturer's installation guidelines. To eliminate squeaks in tongue and groove flooring, apply a bead of the Nail-Free Adhesive Heavy Duty into the groove of each board during installation.

Clean-Up
For uncured adhesive, mineral turpentine can be used for removal. Once cured, the adhesive can be scraped or sanded away.

Limitations
• Not suitable for metals exposed to direct sunlight as the bonds may weaken under higher temperatures.
• Avoid usage on Styrene Foam.
• Not recommended as the sole bonding agent for structural purposes.
• Unsuitable for continuous water immersion.

Additional Notes:
• Do not ingest. Ensure usage in well-ventilated areas and prevent contact with skin and eyes.
• Conduct a bond compatibility test before applying the adhesive.
• For heavier materials, both indoor and outdoor applications, supplementary fixing methods are recommended. (Tip: Combining nail-free adhesive with silicone glue and nails can extend bonding durability.)
• Nail-free adhesive is intended solely for bonding and not for sealing purposes.
