The product is used to combine cladding materials, wood, drywall, metal, mirror, glass, plastic, rubber, skirting board, shutter, threshold,Window sills, boundary stakes, pillars, junction boxes, various artificial materials, ornamental stoneware and ceramic tiles are fixed on concrete, brick, plaster, wall and coarse cardboard.
How To Use
1. Ensure surfaces are free from oil, grease and dustother substances that affect bonding. Wipe off any pooled water from wet timber.
2. Cut cartridge tip, fit nozzle and cut to desired opening(5mm)
3. Apply bead along length of joist, stud or batten. On broad flat surfaces apply "Z" or "M" type (the dosage is determined according to the area of the substrate,about 0.6 square meters can be used per 300ml).
4. Position pieces and press firmly together,so that there is no gap between them,Fix with sufficient nails, screws or clamping to hold load and achieve contact over total bond area. Repositionable for up to 20 minutes after fitting.
5. Allow adhesive to set (minimum 72 hours**) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamping. Use with mechanical fasteners in high stress applications.
Contact Bond Method
For immediate bond use contact bond method, apply to one surface only, press together and pull apart. Allow surfaces to dry 2-5 minutes, before firmly joining.
Flooring
Use in conjunction with manufacturers installation requirements. To eliminate squeaks in tongue and groove flooring, apply a bead of nail free adhesive, Heavy Duty into groove of each board when installing.
Clean Up
Uncured product may be removed with mineral turpentine. Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding.

Limitations
• Not for metals heated by direct sunlight. Bonds weaken at higher temperatures.
• Not for Styrene Foam.
• Do not use as the sole bonding agent for structural bonding.
• Not for permanent water immersion.
Use
• Do not swallow. Use in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Before using this product, bond compatibility test must be carried out.
• When bonding heavier materials indoors and outdoors, other fixing methods must be carried out. (Tips: Nail-free glue with silicone glue and nails, can delay the use of time)
•Nail free adhesive is only used for bonding, not for sealing.
