The product serves the purpose of effectively joining cladding materials, wood, drywall, metal, mirrors, glass, plastics, rubber, skirting boards, shutters, thresholds, window sills, boundary stakes, pillars, junction boxes, artificial materials, ornamental stoneware, and ceramic tiles onto concrete, brick, plaster, walls, and robust cardboard surfaces.
How To Use
1. Ensure that the surfaces are devoid of substances such as oil, grease, or dust that might hinder proper bonding. Remove any accumulated water from damp timber surfaces.
2.Trim the cartridge tip, attach the nozzle, and tailor the opening to the desired size (around 5mm).
3. Apply a bead of the adhesive along the length of the joist, stud, or batten. On wide flat surfaces, apply in a "Z" or "M" pattern (the quantity depends on the surface area of the substrate, typically around 0.6 square meters per 300ml).
4. Place the pieces in position and press them firmly together, ensuring no gaps remain between them. Secure with an adequate number of nails, screws, or clamps to hold the load and establish contact across the entire bonding area. Repositionable for up to 20 minutes after fitting.
5. Allow the adhesive to set (minimum of 72 hours**) before removing any temporary fasteners or clamps. In high-stress applications, mechanical fasteners should also be used in conjunction with the adhesive.
Bonding Technique
For an instant bonding solution, employ the contact bond method. Apply this technique to one surface exclusively, bring the surfaces into contact, and then gently detach them. Allow the surfaces to air-dry for a span of 2-5 minutes before making a secure connection.
Flooring Application
When working with flooring installation as prescribed by the manufacturer, address squeaks in tongue and groove flooring by administering a line of adhesive that is nail-free and notably robust. Apply this adhesive, known as Heavy Duty, into the grooves of each individual board during the installation process.
Tidying Up
In instances where the product is not yet cured, it can be eradicated using mineral turpentine. For cured instances, removal can be accomplished through careful scraping or sanding, ensuring a meticulous cleanup process.The goal is to ensure a flawless connection between surfaces, leaving no room for gaps to emerge.
Constraints
• Unsuitable for metals that are subjected to intense direct sunlight, as bonds may weaken under elevated temperatures.
• Incompatible with Styrene Foam.
• Not to be relied upon as the exclusive adhesive for structural bonding.
• Inadvisable for continuous water submersion scenarios.
Note:
• Do not swallow. Use in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Before using this product, bond compatibility test must be carried out.
• When bonding heavier materials indoors and outdoors, other fixing methods must be carried out.（Tips：Nail-free glue with silicone glue and nails, can delay the use of time）
